Review This Game

This game is a hoot for adventure/P&C fans! It provides hours and hours of game play, excellent puzzles and best of all - humor.... Mechanics of the game are excellent (though I had a tough time with one potion-mixing puzzle), the game is extensive with a lot of places to visit, has an excellent map to cut down on the time it takes to revisit sites (and you'll need to go back and forth in the usual adventure game manner). All in all, one of the best adventure games out there!

The Book of Unwritten Tales looks like your usual modern 3D adventure game, if you happened to see it amongst others you'd barel...y pay it any heed. That'd be a terrible mistake. This game really has it all, stunning graphics, wonderfully writing and logical puzzles all set in a fun fantasy world. Each character feels unique and the way they view the world gives you great reason to explore every nook and cranny to see what witticism they come out with. Thankfully the voice acting is perfectly in balance with the rest of the game. This is what adventure games should be like and it's well worth your time.
